The price on our website includes the freight but excludes the tax. It is only available for the following areas and countries.
North America: US, Canada, Mexico
Europe: Russia, Ukraine, Spain, United Kingdom (Local and Channel Islands, Isle of Man), France (local area only, zip code area beginning 01-95), Germany, Sweden, Norway, Turkey, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland , Denmark, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Greece, Finland, Ireland, Portugal
Asia Pacific: Kazakhstan, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, Hong Kong, China, Chinese Taipei, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Australia, New Zealand
*Except for special explanation, for the above countries and regions, it only covers local areas.
Reference delivery time
20 working days in Mexico
5-7 working days in Vietnam
7-15 working days in Saudi Arabia, Ukraine and Russia
7-10 working days in all other areas and countries
Logistics providers For above areas, we partner with Global Postal and SF Express to ship our products. If you do not reside in these areas, or if you want to designate any other logistics provider, please contact us to confirm the detail and fees. We will send an email about the logistics provider and the shipping number after shipping your orders. You can track the delivery progress via https://www.17track.net/en
FOB Origin
All Smacq shipments are FOB Origin.
Smacq prepays the upfront shipping cost. A shipping charge is generally included in the customer’s invoice to cover this cost.
Any amount we prepay does not include possible taxes/duty/brokerage that might be owed upon delivery and collected by the courier.
Once the courier picks up the shipment from the origin (our office), the shipment is the responsibility of the buyer. To help protect the buyer we only ship by methods which include tracking and offer insurance, and in the event of loss, damage, or other problems we provide all assistance possible.
